Create and view Agent Reports to manage the agents in your book of business. Read on to learn how to make it work for you.
Having information on the agents who are associated with your policies is important. Proformex provides a space where you can not only store agent information but generate powerful insights into their book of business. Here are some ways to get started:
Agents Page
From the People menu option at the top of Proformex, select the Agents page. This page will show a list of the agents currently in your platform.
From here you can do the following:
Add a New Agent
Using the Add Agent button in the top right corner:
Click the button and follow the prompts.
Filter the List of Agents to get to a subset which is important to you.
Using the Filter button in the top right corner:
Click the button and a Filter box similar to the one available in Life Policies will pop up. Once you filter your Agents using the options to produce a particular subset of Agents, you can save the search as an Agent Report using the 'Save As' function.
Once an Agent Report is saved, it is stored in Agent Reports for future use and sharing.
View Policies and Contracts Specific to Each Agent
Click on any Agent's name to be taken to their Agent Information page. This page contains the details of their contact and work information, a list of Policies and Annuities which they are an Agent on and an option to create and store an Agent Book of Business Report.
Merge Agents
Your platform may contain more Agents than expected. When a firm receives a data feed, Agent information can be duplicated. Since Proformex requires that an Agent match on the Agent Name AND Agent NPN or email, if the data feeds sends only a name, Proformex can not absolutely match that name to an NPN or email. But we allow Firm Administrators the ability to merge those 2 Agent entries into one. Click the boxes beside each name, select the 'merge' option from the 'Action' option at the top of the list and follow the prompts.

Just as you can work with Agents, you can do the same actions for Owners in your platform. Click here to learn more about working with owners.
