The Analytics options in Proformex provide various ways to examine your policy data so you can find information in your book of business quickly.
Proformex has created 9 different ways for you to quickly drill down into your book of life policy business, so you can find information easily when you need it. The Analytics drop down is found under Reports at the top of the dashboard navigation bar. Read on to learn more!
Look closely at each table in Analytics and you'll find 
(carrot) and 
(gear) symbols. Click on the > symbol to expand any list and use the gear icon to customize the columns in the table, so they can be arranged into the best view for your. Each table also has 
so you can export to pdf or excel any list.
Agents
Click on the Agents option from the dropdown and you'll be taken to a list of each Agent or Professional User in your platform. This is a great way to quickly drill down into policies for a particular Agent.
Carriers
The Carriers option breaks down the contracts in your platform by Carrier and also tells you what % each carrier has of your total book of business.
Other Advisors
Any time an Advisors is added in the Other Advisors area of a policy's Detail page, they will be available here as well so you can quickly see these contacts.
Policy Anniversaries
Want to know how many of your contracts will have their Anniversary this month? Select Policy Anniversaries from the Analytics drop down to find out and help you plan for upcoming client meetings.
Policy Beneficiaries
Anytime a policy level beneficiary is entered into you platform, it will also populate this list. This is great when you have the same beneficiary on multiple policies.
Policy Owner
We break down ownerships into three categories: individual, trust and corporate owned policies. Come to this area to see how policies in your firm are owned.
Policy Status
Want to know who many of your policies have paid out a death claim or lapsed? Head over to the Policy Status section of Analytics and you'll find out.
Premiums
The Premiums section breaks down premiums due in each month, so you can quickly find out which policies have a premium due at any time.
Products
What percentage of your book of business is made up of Term policies? How much are annuities? Go to the Products section of Analytics and you can quickly understand how the policies in your firm break down.
