Annuity Templates for Configurable Annuity Reviews

Proformex helps you create and export Annuity Reviews for you to share with your clients. You create the Review templates and can add your firm's logo and specific disclosure to the document. Read on to learn how to create an Annuity Review.

1.  Create an Annuity Review Template by going to the Settings option in the top right of the application and selecting 'Review Templates & Defaults' from the list:

Only Account Admin Users have the ability to create Review Templates & Defaults.  Once created, any User has access to the templates when they are completing an annuity Review.

2.  Select Annuity Review Templates from the top of the page:

Click on the + sign to add a Template and give it a Name, then click 'Create'.

You can create as many templates as needed, so make sure to give each a descriptive name so they are easy to distinguish from one another.

3.  Use the 'Configure Sections' area to turn sections on/off in your Template.  Use the option to Rename, delete or set the new template to default.

Use the option on each section to further customize the Review by Configuring the Sections or turning it on/off completely.

When you Configure, you can turn visible data points on/off, custom name any data field and change the order in which the data fields appear.  Click button when done.

Continue through each section until you have created the best template for your business.

4.  The firm logo and other placeholders can be added to the Cover Page section and the Disclosure section can be edited here as well- allowing you to have a different disclosure for each contract type, if desired.

5.  Use the template.  To use the template, Open the Modify a Review for an annuity with the corresponding annuity type.  Choose the template from the Template drop down list on the top left of the page:

Annuities with Open Reviews will be available from the Annuities tab, Reviews option:

Or you can open a Review directly from the details page of the Annuity by selecting the Reviews option on the left edge of the page:

Any Reviews created and saved will be stored in the Documents section and the Reviews section of the Annuity's Contract Details pages.
